Negotiators have finalised a deal which will see the complete withdrawal of US troops from Iraq by 2011, ending an eight-year occupation, the top official in the Iraqi team told AFP on Friday. US aerospace giant Boeing said Friday it may exit the rebidding for a 35-billion-dollar contract to build US Air Force aerial refueling tankers unless allowed more time to rework its proposal. NASA confirmed on Wednesday that a computer virus sneaked aboard the International Space Station only to be tossed into quarantine on July 25 by security software.
