The bomb in Oslo: 22nd of July 2011
On 22 July 2011 Breivik car-bombed government buildings in Oslo. Eight people were killed by the blast and many more injured. The bomb went off at 3.25 PM.
At his testimony on Thursday Breivik said he hoped his bomb would kill the whole government.
The bomb shattered buildings nearby and caused severe damage to the government building from 1958 that had wall decorations made by artists such as Pablo Picasso.
