As you'd expect, the Galaxy S3 runs on Google's most recent Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, complete with Samsung's TouchWiz user interface over the top. While the TouchWiz UI hasn't always been a welcome addition over the years, this most recent version appears to have done a bit of growing up, with a slick, uncluttered look and good performance. This TouchWiz UI also comes with some built-in apps, all of which add a little bit extra to the S3.
