Some diehard fans have camped out for days despite the winter chill in the hope of meeting their idols.
"I can't wait, I know I will cry so hard," one fan who arrived in London Sunday told ITV News ahead of the premiere.
Stewart made a public apology in July to her longtime boyfriend Pattinson for an affair with the director of her last movie "Snow White and the Huntsman," Rupert Sanders.
British film fans can see the last installment of the vastly popular vampire franchise in cinemas from November 16.
