Cory Monteith and Lea Michele have flown to Mexico for their second romantic vacation since he was released from rehab late last month

Cory Monteith has jetted off on another vacation following his release from rehab.

The 'Glee' star was spotted soaking up the sun with his girlfriend and co-star Lea Michele in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on Monday (06.05.13), two days after flying there from his hometown Vancouver, Canada.

Lea tweeted about their romantic vacation on Saturday (04.05.13), writing: ''Sailing off on another adventure. Putting down the electronics for the next few days.. Gonna rest up mind body and soul! See u soon! (Sic)''

The 26-year-old actress has been supporting Cory since he left rehab late last month after a month in treatment for substance addiction.

Before flying to Mexico, the couple enjoyed a low-key day out at the Vancouver Canucks hockey game together, according to UsMagazine.com.

The trip marks their second holiday together in recent weeks.

They were previously spotted fleeing Los Angeles a day after the 30-year-old actor was released.

A witness who spotted them at Los Angeles International Airport previously said: ''Both Lea and Cory seemed very happy, smiling the entire time.

''When security asked Cory how he was doing, he said good. They were friendly to those around them and appeared in great moods and excited to get out of town.''

Cory - who had been clean since going to rehab at the age of 19 - voluntarily checked in for treatment again after he was reportedly led astray and started drinking and taking drugs at parties at his Hollywood Hills home.
